This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Tool67 subscriptions and one-time credit purchases.

Subscription Payments

Tool67 subscriptions are billed through Stripe. If you no longer wish to use a paid subscription, you may cancel it through the account or billing portal before the next billing date.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may consider refunds for duplicate payments, technical billing errors, or cases where the service was not accessible due to a confirmed issue on our side.

Non-Refundable Situations

Used credits, completed AI generations, processed tool requests, and previous subscription periods are generally non-refundable. One-time credit purchases are also generally non-refundable once credits have been added and used.

Credit Purchases

Credits are digital usage units for Tool67 AI tools. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside Tool67.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us with your payment email, payment date, order details, and reason for the request.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on Stripe and your bank or card provider.
